Adjustable Screen System - ST & GT

This Adjustable Screen System has been extensively designed and tested to optimise wind and weather protection for the Sprint (2005+) and Sprint GT (2010+) models.

The Screen System comprises a pair of Adjustable Brackets plus a uniquely designed and sculptured Screen - 450mm high x 380mm wide and available in a clear, light-tint or dark-tint.


The system provides multi-adjustable height and angle plus it offers 100–180mm additional height over the standard screen.

The Adjustment Brackets are mounted onto the bike’s existing screen (not suitable for the high touring versions) which provides an ideal position for the Screen. 


As shown in the pictures, the existing screen can be cut-down and sculptured fairly easily if desired to integrate it more into the shape of the fairing – we are also working on a direct replacement panel to compliment the kit.

Additional integrated features include a rotating Baffle-Plate, to fine-tune the airflow, plus an Accessory-Bar for mounting a sat-nav, phone, etc.

The brackets are made from stainless-steel, with stainless-steel hardware.

Optional Black Powder-Coating available plus Plastic Knob Tool-less Adjusters.

Accessory Bar

This Accessory Bar is designed to fit onto the Windshield Adapter Kit and can easily be retro-fitted at a later date.


It allows you to position your GPS/Phone/Accessory in the ideal position with minimum distraction from your view ahead.


Made from 1/2" or 3/4" Diameter Stainless Steel (or aluminium if powder-coated) and suitable for tool-less adjusters or standard.

Screen Baffle

The forward positioning of the screen is intended to help relieve air pressure built-up in front of it. This means that some air does flow up between the screen and the cowl. In the colder months, this air may be unwanted so the screen baffle eliminates this and also offers additional protection from rain/snow, etc.


The baffle is designed to rotate to any position you require and can also help fine-tune the elimination of turbulence and wind noise.

There is a slight increase in turbulence behind the screen at higher speeds with the gap totally blanked off.


Made from Stainless Steel and available in either brushed-finish or Black Powder-Coated.

Two versions are available depending on which screen you have - one of ours or a Triumph item.


Foot-Rests Lowering Kit (and improved Gear Shift)

The foot-rests on the Sprint and GT are positioned in a sports-bike fashion and hence are far from ideal for a touring bike – a commonly reported issue with this model - so we have designed a lowering kit to significantly improve this.

This kit also provides more positive shifting, giving better confidence in all conditions.

The kit allows the foot-rest assemblies to be relocated 40mm lower than standard with only a small compromise on lean angle, unlikely to be noticed on the road under normal riding conditions - please note that the standard foot-rests have long grounding posts in them suggesting there is already quite a bit of scope for lowering once they are removed (after-market pegs shown).

In order to accommodate the relocation of the foot-rest assemblies, we have redesigned the entire gear-shift assembly and extended the rear brake link-rod. 


The only modification to the bike is an adjusted side-stand access arm – can be bent in place to give clearance to the new gear-lever.

Everything else is a simple bolt-on process. 

The gear-lever also has 3 different hole positions for the toe-peg so you can adjust it to suit your boot/foot size. 


The kit includes a Plastic Toe-Peg but you can upgrade to a Stainless one if required.

All parts and hardware are made from stainless-steel (with the exception of the gearbox input shaft arm which is Aluminium), including upgraded linkage ball joints.



Heel Guards

We have designed larger heel guards to help prevent damage to the swing-arm, easily caused by the tiny standard items not providing much boot coverage.

Made from 3mm stainless-steel with a linished finish and also available with a Black powder-coated finish.

This is a direct replacement, quick assembly, bolt-on item and comes with new Stainless-steel hardware and sold as a pair.

Chain & Sprocket Guard

This is a direct replacement part for the standard item and includes an extra hole to mount a chain-oiler bracket plus cable-tie holes for the oil-feed tube, if you so wish.

Made from 3mm stainless-steel with a linished finish and also available with a Black powder-coated finish.

This is a direct replacement, quick assembly, bolt-on item and comes with new Stainless-steel hardware.

Chain-Oiler Reservoir Bracket - GT

Specifically designed for mounting a Tutoro Chain Oiler reservoir or similar size design.

Fits onto one of the rear-peg hanger mounting bolts - L-shaped bracket.

Made from 3mm stainless-steel with a linished finish and also available with a Black powder-coated finish.

Gear Lever Peg Extension

Significantly improves the size and feel of the existing toe peg.


Made from Stainless-Steel and is a snug fit over the existing rubber peg.


No tools nor modifications required to fit.
